Description
Summary:This paper analyzes the profile’s structure kept by earners of remittances in Mexico. A micro–econometric study of the individual factors is carried out in order to understand both, the behavior and the profile of them for households and regions in Mexico. In doing so, we use the 2000 and 2005 National surveys of household income and expenditure (–enigh– for its acronym in Spanish). The hypothesis guiding this research is that experience and skills of emigrants with their social capital endowments outline a different pattern between the earners of remittances located at distinct Mexican regions.
