Some general considerations are made in regard to the copepod fauna in the surveyed area. Se presenta una lista de 107 especies de copépodos calanoideos planctónicos recolectados en 114 estaciones de muestreo visitadas durante dos campañas oceanográficas en el Golfo de México. Se indica, para cada una de las especies, su afinidad ecológica y biogeográfica, su distribución batimétrica y los principales registros previos en el Golfo de México y zonas adyacentes.
