Descripción
Sumario:For universities, knowledge is both the raw material and the product in training new professionals, so analyzing how it is managed is pertinent in the face of the countless studies on knowledge management (KM) in different organizations, but not in educational institutions. This study aims to analyze KM in researchers attached to academic groups in the University Center for Economic and Administrative Sciences in the University of Guadalajara (Universidad de Guadalajara). The study is descriptive-correlational and uses a quantitative approach. A 30-item questionnaire was administered to 54 participants. The results show a strong relationship between all the dimensions studied, and that the degree of consolidation of academic groups is not significant in any of the dimensions of KM.
