By means of this analysis students’ issues and problems were identified and a model for connecting teaching strategy and the production of hypermedia resources is presented. We contend that it is important to create learning resources to accompany the educational process of tutees. In conclusion the study presents a model for organizing and supporting university level tutoring. El presente trabajo sistematiza la experiencia en la tutoría presencial y el uso de tecnologías para ofrecer en línea las grabaciones de audio y escritura de las tutorías con estudiantes universitarios de licenciatura, maestría y doctorado. Se analizan 103 sesiones tutorales, en las que participaron 26 estudiantes y un solo tutor, el registro de las sesiones se hizo mediante pluma electrónica, que graba sonido y trazo de escritura de manera sincronizada. Resultado del análisis se reconocen los temas y problemáticas de los alumnos y se presenta un modelo para articular la estrategia didáctica y la producción de recursos hipermedia. Se concluye que es importante generar recursos de aprendizaje para dar acompañamiento del proceso formativo de los tutorados y se presenta un modelo para organizar y apoyar el trabajo de tutoría en la Universidad.
