The aim of this research was to assess the perception of socialization and school environment in an inclusive school in the Province of Talca, Chile. We conducted a cross-sectional case study in a sample of 180 students, 193 parents and 21 teachers. A questionnaire evaluating school life was applied to students, parents and teachers and another assessing the school's social climate and bullying was applied to students in the last two grades. The results indicate that students perceive a positive social climate with a low risk of bullying. Issues of conflict were students’ respect for the rules, being on friendly terms with the teachers, and disciplinary actions on the part of the families. We observed that the inclusive learning system contributes to school life and a positive climate and interactions. Existe preocupación por promover la convivencia escolar sana e inclusiva en las escuelas. El objetivo de la investigación fue evaluar la percepción de la convivencia y clima escolar en un colegio inclusivo de la Provincia de Talca, Chile. Se realizó un estudio de caso de tipo transversal. La muestra fue de 180 escolares, 193 apoderados y 21 docentes. Se aplicaron cuestionarios para evaluar la convivencia escolar en estudiantes, apoderados y docentes, el clima social escolar y un cuestionario de bullying a estudiantes de tercero a cuarto medio. Los resultados indican que los escolares perciben un clima social positivo y bajo riesgo de bullying. Los temas de conflicto fueron el respeto de las normas por los estudiantes, la confianza con los docentes, y las acciones de disciplina de las familias. Se observa que el sistema inclusivo favorece la convivencia escolar.
