Semi-structured interviews and teaching documentation were used as instruments to collect data. The results show that work projects are consistent with students’ interests, which increases their motivation and engagement in the learning process. La presente investigación se desarrolló en un aula de Educación Infantil de un centro público de la provincia de Almodóvar del Río, Córdoba, España. Es una investigación cualitativa que, a través de un estudio de caso, explora la capacidad de la metodología de Proyectos de Trabajo (PT) para desarrollar actividades inclusivas que permitan atender la diversidad del alumnado. Se han utilizado entrevistas semiestructuradas y la documentación pedagógica como instrumentos de recogida de información.
