Based on ten interviews with not offenders women deported in Tijuana, it was found that arrests involved more and more local police, promoting more insecure places for them; it was also found that in the process of arrest to deport, random or chance encounter is present. Las leyes de migración en Estados Unidos castigan con mayor severidad a los inmigrantes indocumentados no delincuentes. La lucha contra el terrorismo y la crisis económica dieron impulso al mayor castigo, la deportación.
