The latter shows an advance in its infra structure according to demands and in the development of human capital, professionalization leads to seek to have better teachers and researchers which leads to enter what is requested by government institutions such as the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT for its acronym in Spanish) in Mexico that is the one who measures the capacity of teachers who generate research which can be applied in the productive sectors. The present work seeks to illustrate what is the capacity of a university through its academic infrastructure to be able to link with the productive sector based on its developments and academic and scientific products, institutional indicators and their evolution over time will be identified. which indicates that the institution may be ready to meet the needs of the productive sector. Las necesidades del sector productivo son cada vez más estrecha a los desarrollos que se pueden desarrollar en la academia. Esta última muestra un avance es su infra estructura en función a las demandas y en el desarrollo del capital humano, la profesionalización lleva a buscar tener mejores docentes e investigadores lo cual lleva a entrar en lo que solicitan las instituciones de gobierno como el Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (CONACYT) en México que es quien mide la capacidad de los docentes que generan investigación la cual puede ser aplicada en los sectores productivos. El presente trabajo busca ilustrar cual es la capacidad que tiene una universidad a través de su infraestructura académica para poder vincularse con el sector productivo en función de sus desarrollos y productos académicos y científicos, se identificaran indicadores institucionales y su evolución con el paso del tiempo lo cual indica que la institución podrá estar lista para poder atender las necesidades del sector productivo.
