It delves into research processes that lead to a different way of seeing education and that both contribute to and seek various aspects such as the accumulation, prediction, description, explanation, comprehension, interpretation, emancipation, deconstruction, organization and progressive creation and reordering of its field of knowledge. The diversity of research about teachers and with teachers, which shows us education as it is today, not only evinces a state of normality in such a complex social field as education, but also reveals a wealth of processes, not stagnation or paralysis. La educación, como toda práctica social, dispone de una pluralidad ontológica y metodológica, y se introduce en unos procesos de investigación que llevan a una diferente forma de ver la educación y que contribuyen y buscan varios aspectos como la acumulación, predicción, descripción, explicación, comprensión, interpretación, emancipación, deconstrucción, organización y progresiva creación y reordenación de su campo de conocimiento. La diversidad investigadora sobre y con el profesorado que nos muestra hoy en día la educación, indica no únicamente normalidad en un terreno social y complejo como es el educativo, sino una riqueza de procesos, y no un estancamiento ni una paralización.
